The Purpose of the Interoperability Channel Deployment and Planning Committee is monitor "interoperability" capacity, deployment, current utilization and related information pursuant to good operating practices and mandates from federal agencies. The committee is to draft and recommend changes deemed necessary by MPSFAC for contemporary administration within any of the frequency spectrums within Region 21 administered by Michigan's APCO Frequency Coordinator. Note: this committee was formally estabished on March 8, 2006
