The purpose of the 800 MHz Regional Plan Revision Committee is to review the current 800 MHz Plan in a way mindful of anomalies, advances in technology and efficient allocation of limited spectrum. At MPSFAC's direction, the committee shall provide recommended changes and suggested language for modifications to the plan
